Step 1: How to reset the password of MHT-CET 2020.

  1. Go to the website – https://mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in
  2. On the left side of the website you will see a login form under that you will see two options FORGOT USERNAME and FORGOT PASSWORD.
  3. Click on forgot PASSWORD.
  4. A new page will open and on that page, you will see some option where they will tell you to select the MOBILE or EMAIL. So it depends on you, you can select mobile or you can select an email. If you select mobile the OTP will come on your phone number and if you select the email then the OTP will come on your email address. So once you select any of the above options you will see THE form where you have to type the USERNAME, after entering the username you have to fill the CAPTCHA. Once you have filled both the option then click on GET PASSWORD after that on the screen you will see one popup and that pop up will say “OTP has sent to your phone number/email“. As I said if you tick the option mobile then the OTP will come on your mobile number and if you click the option email the OTP will come on your email address. After that enter the OTP in the OTP section and decide that you will see a box where they will ask you to set the new password. Do not enter a password which you can forget again. Enter very simple passwords for example “Yourname@birthyear” your password must include one capital letter, one special character, one number, and letters.
