The full body workout is the most important aspect of our life. Full body workout is one of the best workouts for muscles growth and strength of our body. By workout, you can keep your body physically fit and healthy. The workout should be done every day for at least one hour a day to keep our body fit.

Push-ups is a very common exercise for the full body workout. This exercise is important for the improvement of your strength, stamina and the physical fitness level. It is a fast and effective exercise for building the strength of your body.

Push-ups are beneficial for building the strength of the upper body. It targets the muscles of your body are chest, shoulder, triceps, back and abs. Advantages of this exercise are that it can be done anywhere anytime and do not require any equipment for doing exercise.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise get on the floor with the hand position slightly wider with your shoulder.
  2. Take your leg back and keep your body straight. The body should not be bend while doing exercise.
  3. Bend your elbow and lower your body. While bending, you should inhale slowly and bend.
  4. And then push up back to the starting position. While doing this, you should exhale as you begin to back for starting position.
  5. If push-up is too challenging to do for the first time, then start with modification with your knee or against the wall.

Squat

This exercise increases the strength and the size of lower body muscles like calves, thigh, back muscles and developing the core strength. By doing this exercise regularly, it keeps your body bones and joints healthy. It can be done anywhere and do not require any equipment.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do the exercise first stand with a little wider positioning leg.
  2. Then bend your knees to the seating position with the 90-degree position.
  3.  Sit into the squat position for 1 to 2 second.
  4. And then return to the starting position.
  5. Do it for 15 to 20 rep for beginners, and if you can do more, you can do according to you.

Pull-Ups

Pull-ups is a simple exercise for doing the full body workout. This exercise is important for the strength and physical fitness level of the overall body. Pull-ups is an exercise done for the upper body.

This exercise is most effective for the strength of muscles like back muscles, shoulder, biceps and core. And the most important thing is that it improves the grip. It does not require other equipment living a bar.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise first you have to hang on the pull-up bar.
  2. Then pull your self up till chest touches the bar.
  3. Then go to starting position.
  4. You can do this exercise until you can do it.

Lunges

Lunges is a simple exercise done for the lower body. It increases the strength of lower body muscles and core. The most important thing that you can achieve from this exercise is proper body balance and coordination. This exercise does not require and equipment. It is also the main part of the full-body workout.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise first you have to keep your one leg forward.
  2.  Another leg knee a little off to the ground with the 90-degree position. (As you can see in the image)
  3. Hold the position for 1 to 2 second.
  4. And then same with another leg with change position.

Bench Press

The bench press is an exercise done for the upper body which is the part of a full body workout. Exercise is important for building the strength of body and growth of muscles. It increases muscles like chest, shoulder, triceps, and hand muscles etc. It also increases the pushing power and improves the health of bone. To do exercise equipment needed are barbell and flat bench.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise first you have to lie on your back on the flat bench.
  2. Then take the bar on the hand with slightly wider with the shoulder and grip it.
  3. Then take the bar slowly down to your chest. As you take slowly down breath in.
  4. And then push uptake to the starting position. While pushing up breath out.

Leg Press

The leg press is an exercise done for the leg. While doing this exercise it builds the strength and the muscles of your legs. The muscles develop our quadriceps ( the leg muscles at the front of your thigh), calves etc. To do exercise there is need for machine name as a leg press machine.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do the exercise you need a machine, seat on the machine with the proper knee bend position.
  2. To start exercise take your push up your knees slowly to the straight position to move the weight
  3. Then take again to starting position slowly.

Leg Extension

The leg extension is an exercise done for legs. It target’s the quadriceps ( the leg muscles at the front of your thigh). By doing the exercise it increases the force of kicking movements. To do exercise it requires a leg extension machine.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise first seat on the machine and then place your hands on the bars for grip.
  2. Then lift your legs with weight to the straight position. While doing this you should not bend your back and do not lock your knees.
  3. Then take the leg to the starting position with the weight slowly.
  4. You should do 3 sets of 10 to 12 rep.

Pull Down-Full Body Workout

Pull down is an exercise done for upper body which is the main part of the full body workout. This exercise target’s muscles of shoulder and back muscles. Which helps you to build the biceps and triceps. For doing the exercise there is a requirement of cable pulley machine.

How to do exercise?

  1. To do exercise first seat on the pulley machine, then hold the chain bar with a little wider grip
  2.  Then pull down the bar to the chest with a suitable weight.
  3. Then take the bar to start position.
  4. Continue until you complete the 10 to 12 rep.

Regularly full body workout helps us to become stronger by developing our strength of body which is important in daily life. It helps us to become physically fit because by doing regular work out it develops a body muscle which results in us to good looking.
